Le\u00a0<strong>cycle budg\u00e9taire<\/strong>\u00a0comprend plusieurs phases\u00a0: le budget primitif, les d\u00e9cisions modificatives et le compte administratif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant le 31 mars, la Ville de Saint-Beno\u00eet adopte\u00a0<strong>le budget primitif<\/strong>\u00a0qui comprend l\u2019ensemble des actions mises en \u0153uvre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<br>Les\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9cisions modificatives<\/strong>\u00a0permettent d\u2019effectuer des recettes ou des d\u00e9penses compl\u00e9mentaires au cours de l\u2019exercice.<br>Une fois ce dernier clos, l\u2019\u00e9quipe municipale \u00e9tablit le\u00a0<strong>compte administratif<\/strong>\u00a0pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<br>Ce document r\u00e9capitule toutes les op\u00e9rations financi\u00e8res op\u00e9r\u00e9es par la collectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n    <div class=\"sb-shortcode-direct-list\" style=\"display: flex;
